1- The member must be an Iraqi citizen or a resident of Iraq – أن يكون العضو عراقي الجنسية أو مقيم في العراق .

2 – Must be at least 18 years old, of good conduct and character, and fully competent – أكمل الثامنة عشر من العمر وأن يكون حسن السيرة والسلوك وكامل الاهلية .

3 – Must comply with the internal regulations of the organization – أن يلتزم بالنظام الداخلي للمؤسسة .

4 – Must not have been convicted of a dishonorable misdemeanor or a non-political felony – غير محكوم بجنحة مخلة بالشرف او جناية غير سياسية .

5 – The annual subscription fee of 25,000 dinars is paid – يتم دفع قيمة الاشتراك السنوي والبالغة 25.000 دينار .

6 – Upon approval of the membership application by the organization’s management, the member shall fill out a special membership form along with the required documents – عند موافقة ادارة المؤسسة على طلب الانتماء يقوم العضو بمليء استمارة خاصة بالانتساب للمؤسسة مع المستمسكات المطلوبة .
